Frequently asked questions
I bought it in the app. Does the web recognise it?
Yes — sign in on the web with the same account you use in the app and your premium applies automatically. The reverse also works: a web purchase applies in the app once you sign in there.
How do I cancel?
App purchases are cancelled in the App Store / Google Play subscription settings. Web purchases are cancelled from the receipt e-mail Stripe sent you, or by contacting support. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
What is the lifetime pass?
A one-time payment that keeps premium on your account with no expiry and no renewal.
Can one purchase cover two accounts?
No. One purchase is tied to the account that made it. If you sign in with a different account, that account stays on the free plan.
